Our Origin Story

Reach for the Magic Destinations was founded by Denise Lang, a long-time travel professional with a heart for connection and a mission to do things differently.

Tired of industry spaces that felt transactional, exclusive, or outdated, she set out to create something fresh:

A place where kindness and professionalism coexist
A space where advisors are supported and celebrated
A community that leads with love, welcomes every identity, and makes room for life’s beautiful messiness

And so, Reach for the Magic was born—not just as an agency, but as a movement for travel pros who want more joy, more meaning, and more magic in their work.
