The Academy is Reach for the Magic Destinations’ structured training and mutual-fit experience for prospective independent travel advisors.
This application helps us learn more about your goals, availability, business mindset, communication style, and what you’re looking for in an agency relationship. It also gives you an opportunity to reflect on whether this business, and RftMD, feels like the right fit for you.
Before You Apply
The Fall/Winter 2026 Academy begins October 12, 2026 and requires approximately 5–10 hours per week for training, live sessions, research, supplier education, and practice.
The Academy investment is a $395 non-refundable training fee for applicants invited to participate.
Submitting an Academy Application:

Selected applicants may be invited to an Interview + Mutual Fit Conversation before an Academy invitation is extended.
